How Do I Get Builder Tasklist and start using it?

Get the Builder Tasklist App:

If you are going to be your company’s Builder Tasklist account owner…

1. Sign up on the Builder Tasklist website. You can use an existing Google or Apple account, or create a new account using your email address.

2. After you have successfully logged in, you will be prompted to create a Profile. Please provide:
   • Your name

   • Your communication preferences (how you want to be contacted by us)

     
     
3. You will then be prompted to either join a business or create a business. Tap “Create Business” at the top of the screen, and then tap the “Create a new Business” button when prompted. Fill in the following information, and the tap the “Create Business” button at the bottom of the screen:
   • Business Name
   • Business Contact Email
   • Business Phone Number
   • Business Address

   • Business Website (optional)

     
     
4. You’re done! Here are your next steps:
   1. Create your first Job List
   2. Set up you Subs / Vendors
   3. Create tasks by speaking
   4. Send a punch list to a sub
   5. Invite your team members to download Builder Tasklist and join your business

If someone invited you…

You will receive an email from Builder Tasklist inviting you to join a business in Builder Tasklist.  Follow the instructions in the email to download Builder Tasklist, and accept your invitation.
